The featured machine is a part machine of GLS/FTL Lamp Making chain.

This machine is for the pasting of cement on to the caps. This is pneumatically operated machine, cap feeding machine and cap sealing machine provided with sensors to sense and paste caps. There are two drums provided which paste the caps. The sensor detects the absence of caps and disables the cement pasting on the caps. Another feature of the machine is to emboss the caps and for that two such mechanisms are provided.

BMT also designs and manufacturers vibrators for Lighting Industry. Our vibrators can feed GLS & TL. Glass Flares, Caps, and Glass Rods etc. Speed vary from 40pcs/min to 80pcs/min depending upon the size and shape of the product. The vibrator can also be customized as per customer requirements.
